Throughout her career, Cyndie has gained extensive experience across multiple healthcare settings, including outpatient physical therapy, skilled nursing, mental health, and hospitals that encompass emergency rooms and outpatient services. Her deep industry knowledge and strategic leadership have played a critical role in streamlining operations and maximizing reimbursements for her clients.
Originally from Northern Lower Michigan, Cyndie relocated to Lafayette in 2010. She studied Accounting at Northwestern Michigan College, equipping her with a strong foundation in financial management and operational efficiency. Known for her unwavering dedication, loyalty, and expertise, she is a trusted leader and mentor in the field of revenue cycle management.
